Pinkshow User Agreement

1. Service Content

Pinkshow is a social platform dedicated to stage makeup, creative makeup, and related enthusiasts. Users can upload makeup videos, share their creations, participate in discussions, and communicate face-to-face through video calls. The App also integrates AI technology to recommend personalized makeup looks and provides virtual chat characters for users to chat with.

2. User Eligibility

You confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are capable of independently assuming legal responsibility for the use of this App.

3. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy and personal information protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

4. User Conduct Guidelines

8. Disclaimer

• Pinkshow is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or network issues.
• Pinkshow is not responsible for any losses caused by your violation of this Agreement or the actions of a third party.

Updates will be posted in the App or notified to you through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any update will be deemed your agreement to the updated Agreement.
